Social Impact means doing our part to improve life for our employees, our clients, the public, and the planet. For Salter Ventures, that includes giving back to our communities in a meaningful way by using our specialised skills to build people up for the common good.

It’s about leveraging what we know and can do to make a significant impact on the lives of those in need. Along with giving our best in our daily interactions with employees and clients, our outreach focus is to make neurosurgery accessible to people in the Solomon Islands.

Due to the lack of resources and expertise, many individuals there face life-threatening conditions without hope of medical intervention. Salter’s mission is to change that and save lives by supporting Aelan Neurosurgical Team provide critical neurosurgical care that is currently out of reach.

To do this, we are raising much-needed funds. Our video content was showcased on Channel 9, to highlight the dire need for neurosurgical services in the Solomon Islands and inspire others to contribute financially to this life-saving mission.
